VYTHUS Vendor App Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and using the VYTHUS Vendor App ("Platform"), the Vendor agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Vendor Eligibility
Only legally registered organizations, agencies, institutions, or businesses providing Home Care, Nursing Care, Physiotherapy, and related healthcare support services may register as Vendors on the Platform.
Individual freelancers are not permitted to register as Vendors unless specifically approved by VYTHUS.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
The Vendor shall:
- Provide accurate and complete business information.
- Maintain valid licenses, registrations, certifications, and permits required by applicable laws.
- Ensure that all workforce members deployed through the Platform possess valid qualifications and registrations where applicable.
- Keep all profile information updated.
4. Workforce Management
The Vendor is solely responsible for:
- Recruiting, onboarding, training, and supervising workforce personnel.
- Verifying the identity, qualifications, registrations, and background of workforce members.
- Maintaining employment or contractual relationships with workforce members.
- Ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and statutory regulations.
VYTHUS acts solely as a technology platform and is not the employer of any workforce member.
5. Service Delivery
The Vendor shall ensure that services are delivered professionally, ethically, and in accordance with applicable healthcare standards.
The Vendor remains fully responsible for the actions, omissions, conduct, and quality of services provided by its workforce.
6. Pricing and Payments
Vendors shall provide accurate service pricing and billing information.
VYTHUS may facilitate payments between End Users and Vendors. Applicable platform fees, commissions, and payment processing charges may be deducted as agreed.
7. Compliance with Laws
The Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, healthcare guidelines, professional standards, and data protection requirements.
8. User Complaints and Disputes
The Vendor shall cooperate in resolving service-related complaints.
VYTHUS may suspend, restrict, or terminate Vendor access in cases of repeated complaints, misconduct, fraud, or policy violations.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights relating to the VYTHUS Platform, including trademarks, logos, software, content, and technology, remain the exclusive property of VYTHUS.
10. Limitation of Liability
VYTHUS provides a technology platform connecting users and service providers.
VYTHUS does not guarantee service outcomes and shall not be liable for negligence, malpractice, misconduct, injury, loss, or damages arising from services provided by Vendors or their workforce.
11. Suspension and Termination
VYTHUS reserves the right to suspend or terminate Vendor accounts for:
- False information
- Regulatory violations
- Fraudulent activities
- Service quality concerns
- Breach of these Terms
12. Amendments
VYTHUS may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
VYTHUS Workforce App Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance
By using the VYTHUS Workforce App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Workforce Eligibility
Workforce accounts are created and managed by authorized Vendors registered on the VYTHUS Platform.
The workforce member must provide accurate personal, professional, and qualification details.
3. Employment Relationship
The workforce member acknowledges that:
- They are employed or contracted by the Vendor.
- VYTHUS is not the employer.
- Any employment-related matters shall be handled directly between the workforce member and the Vendor.
4. Professional Conduct
Workforce members shall:
- Maintain professional behaviour.
- Provide services within the scope of their qualifications.
- Follow healthcare and safety protocols.
- Respect patient privacy and dignity.
5. Profile Information
The workforce member shall ensure that qualifications, certifications, registrations, and contact details remain accurate and updated.
6. Attendance and Service Records
The app may collect attendance, visit records, service logs, location information, and activity data for operational and compliance purposes.
7. Confidentiality
Workforce members shall maintain confidentiality regarding:
- Patient information
- Medical records
- User personal data
- Vendor business information
8. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
- Share login credentials.
- Manipulate attendance or service records.
- Provide unauthorized medical services.
- Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal conduct.
9. Account Suspension
VYTHUS or the Vendor may suspend access for:
- False information
- Misconduct
- Regulatory violations
- Security concerns
- Breach of these Terms
10. Limitation of Liability
VYTHUS provides software services only and is not responsible for employment disputes, compensation matters, professional negligence, or service-related claims.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu courts.
VYTHUS End User App Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and using the VYTHUS End User App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. User Registration
Users must provide accurate information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
3. Multiple Profiles
The Platform allows users to create and manage multiple profiles under a single account, including:
- Self Profile
- Parent Profile
- Spouse Profile
- Child Profile
- Relative or Dependent Profile
The account holder is responsible for ensuring that information entered for all profiles is accurate and that necessary consent has been obtained where applicable.
4. Service Requests
Users may request healthcare and support services including:
- Home Care
- Nursing Care
- Physiotherapy
- Other services made available on the Platform
Submission of a request does not guarantee service availability.
5. Health Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate medical and care-related information necessary for service delivery.
Providing inaccurate information may affect service quality and outcomes.
6. Payments
Users agree to pay applicable service charges, taxes, and fees associated with requested services.
Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by VYTHUS Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. User Responsibilities
Users shall:
- Treat workforce members respectfully.
- Provide a safe service environment.
- Cooperate during service delivery.
- Refrain from abusive, unlawful, or threatening conduct.
8. Privacy and Data Usage
VYTHUS may collect, store, and process personal and health-related information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
9. Service Provider Responsibility
Services are delivered by independent Vendors and their workforce.
VYTHUS acts solely as a technology platform facilitating connections between users and service providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
VYTHUS does not provide medical treatment or healthcare services directly.
VYTHUS shall not be liable for:
- Clinical decisions
- Medical outcomes
- Service quality issues
- Injuries, losses, or damages arising from services rendered by Vendors or workforce personnel
11. Account Suspension
VYTHUS may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraud
- Abuse the Platform
- Misuse services
12. Amendments
VYTHUS may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
